The Load Controller
Connects directly to HVAC, lighting, water, heat pumps, boiler, and other systems to autonomously monitor, modulate and manage the load for optimum performance.
The Ctrl+e Load Controller connects directly to different systems throughout a building (e.g. HVAC, lighting, water, heat pumps, boiler and other systems) and monitors and manages the performance of these loads (e.g. power consumption, energy consumption, current, pressure, airflows and other data points) at a milli-second level, while wirelessly transmitting this data to the Coordinator. The Load Controller receives and executes commands from the Coordinator and Cloud to optimize the performance of these systems by modulating and managing the loads at its most efficient set points.

The Coordinator
The onsite “brain” receives real-time data from Load Controllers and instantaneously sends back commands to optimize performance, in addition to transmitting data to the Cloud.
The Ctrl+e Coordinator is the local brain of the Ctrl+ecosystem. The Coordinator receives real-time data from a network of Load Controllers and, based on proprietary algorithms, sends back commands to optimize performance via 915MHz ISM or 2.4GHz. The Coordinator also periodically transmits data back to the Cloud.

The AI needed to unlock massive energy reductions and cost savings, and enable complete control over a building’s energy consumption.
The Ctrl+e Cloud aggregates and analyzes millisecond-level data from across Ctrl+e’s entire footprint of buildings and, using this data, sends updated algorithms to the Coordinator and Load Controller to better optimize the performance of their systems. The Cloud also powers the user portal, where clients can customize settings and review the performance of their building.
